The kids had fun roaming the museum and climbing up to the top of the double-decker buses. Every so often they encountered some scary talking dummies which freaked them out a bit.

But their favorite part...stamping their card at stations throughout the museum.

After the museum we wandered through Covent Garden on our way to Cecil Court, believed to be the inspiration Diagon Alley. While a pretty street, the adults were a bit disappointed. I think we were expecting something a bit narrower and more winding.

We stopped for lunch at a local pub around the corner...pies, burgers and of course, fish and chips.
A, J, C & L - so good to see you!
Definitely a fun time and so good to see the whole family! During a conversation with C, he named all the things he saw in London - Big Ben, London Eye.... and Caroline! :)
ReplyDeleteVery cute. On Monday K asked if we could go to the museum again. When I asked him why it was because he wanted to "see our friends" again. When I said you were going to be in Paris he asked if we could go to Paris with you.
