6 Year Old Interview

Back in California June was always a crazy birthday month thanks to all of our mommy & baby friends from D1 but it seems June in London is no exception.  Every weekend this month J & I (mostly J) have been carting C to and from parties.  Most have been dance parties but the last one raised the bar with a Roller Skating party (release form included).  According to J the parents got quite the work out trying to prevent the girls from killing themselves.  While all the party-going has been fun,  I'm looking forward to the end of school and more relaxed schedule.
On our way back from a party this weekend, I interviewed our newly minted six-year old who says she still feels like a five year old:

Favorite color: Pink
Favorite TV Show: Arthur
Favorite Friend: Chiara
Favorite dessert: ice cream
Favorite vegetable: broccoli
What makes you most happy? when I get to write and be creative
Funniest word: poo poo
Favorite food: spaghetti bolognese
Favorite movie: Frozen
Favorite song: "Let it go"
Favorite book:  Frozen
Favorite game: Yahtzee
Have you lost any teeth yet?  I've lost two teeth
Are you scared of anything? I am scared of lightning shows (strobe lights with loud noises)
What do you look for in a friend? nice, lovely, listening, kind
Who is your favorite 'guy'?  Daddy.  (I meant stuffed animal):  Polar Bear
What is the last thing you were sad about? friend lola wasn't playing with her
If you could go anywhere today where would it be? Spain
If I gave you £20 what would you buy? loads of guys to sleep with
Favorite subject in school: writing stories
What do you want to be when you grow up?  A Year 6 Teacher
Favorite activity:  creative writing
(if I had a vote I'd say that her favorite activity is bike riding.  Each morning she gets up and immediately goes outside, takes her bike out of the shed and starts riding loops around our garden.  There is a worn path right through the grass.  I feel sorry for her though because our backyard is so small she can't really do much riding and she's having to weave around planters, chairs and our grill.  Not easy and her legs are full of bruises from all the bumps.)
