Player of the Week

K has been playing a lot of football (soccer) lately.  He's on a team, The Big Guns, with school friends that plays on Friday evenings.  Then he gets up Saturday morning and practices for 2 1/2 hrs.

Of course, he even sleeps with his football. (My dad tells me he used to sleep with his baseball mitt so apparently this behavior runs in the family).

In addition to football, K asked us if he could play Rugby too.  A few of the boys from him football team play on Sundays at a nearby club so this past Sunday J took K for a trial session. Well Rugby seems to agree with K because he walked in the door carrying this huge "Player of the Week" trophy!

The kid has yet to meet a sport he doesn't love!
