Gardening Help

We don't have much sun in our backyard so I dedicated the only sunny patches to a bunch of dahlias. They make for the best cut flowers in the world. This year I didn't get much return crop so I ordered some new tubers which C and I planted this afternoon.

After I dug the hole, she pulled the tuber out of the bag and dropped it in. And topped it off with some extra dirt for good measure.

Man that was tough work!

She also wanted to carry my tools back to the house...how could I argue with that?!

Looking forward to seeing what our plantings bring us later this summer.
