For Mother's Day we went out to a local pub for Sunday lunch. The kids had fun drawing pictures on the tablecloth.
When we got home, J and the kids 'surprised' me with an ice cream cake (my favorite!) for Mother's Day.
As a treat to myself, I bought a leather journal for the kids to write notes to me in. Here were the first entries:
