C's been taking Lamda lessons at school. She works on clearer pronunciation of words and syllables and getting more comfortable speaking in public. The lamda parents were invited to a recital at school. Each girl had to recite a poem from memory in front of grades 3-6 and all the parents.
C's poem was "Chicken Pox" which she had been practicing for weeks at school and and at home. She did a fabulous job, delivering it with lots of energy and even hand movements. Compared to earlier this year when her oral delivery could be dry and one-note, she definitely made huge improvements. And her confidence performing in front of an audience has multiplied.

I wasn't able to take photos/video during the recital but I did get C to give me a private, encore performance at home. Lucky me!
