All Abuzz

School starts tomorrow and C is so excited she can hardlly contain herself.  She's buzzing all around the living room, talking up a storm.
- "My two favorite days....going to parties, Christmas, when it's Halloween getting sweeties and tomorrow, when I start school again."  We may have to work on her math skills this year.
- "I can't wait until i'm in year 6 when i'm 10 or 11 and mr. hitchen is our teacher.  he's such a silly boy."
- "I'm the strong sister.  I love making breakfast for Kevin"
- "mom i just can't wait until i can wear my high heels.  i mean my flat heels"
- "I just can't wait, I can't wait"

And possibly my all-time favorite line from C:  "I'm so happy being who I am."

I hope that feeling and confidence stays with her forever.  And it certainly gave me a big smile inside, thinking "phew, we must be doing something right."
