During our taxi ride to the airport I asked the kids to share their observations of Bangkok. Here's what they had to say:
- very hot
- lots of stalls selling food
- boats sell things (floating mkt)
- get around a lot by boats
- very bright colored cars
- tall buildings
- different type of clothing & pretty patterns
- very interesting buildings because of its design like the temple
- different types of food like satay, curry, spring rolls, chicken rice, papaya salad
- different fruits like papaya, dragon fruit, passion fruit
- Lots of people speak Thai
- the signs and newspapers are in Thai
- it's in Asia
- different fish 🐟
- lots of pollution- boats give off black fumes, some people wear masks
- lots of litter in the River
- get around in tuk tuks
- houses on the river
- sometimes a foul smell
- a lot of people on motorbikes 🏍
