I don't recall when it happened exactly but all of a sudden it doesn't feel like we have a baby in the house anymore. Look a this picture. He looks at least 5.
Having a big sister and wanting to copy all the she does certainly has helped speed the process along. Some of K's favorite activities include:
Playing with trains
Riding the scooter
Reading books
Lately I've been playing Memory with him, just spreading the cards out with the pictures facing up. It blows me away when he finds all the matches. And he yelps with glee each time he does.
Last night we were walking down Regents & Carnaby Sts. It's a popular shopping area for tourists and locals alike so the streets were packed with people. And with Christmas seemingly right around the corner, the sidewalks are getting even busier. K wasn't fazed by the crowds at all and insisted on walking by himself.
The good news is that even though he's off becoming - a boy - he still likes to cuddle and nuzzle his face in your neck which is hard not to make a mom melt.
He is amazing on that scooter!
