Return to Dukes Meadow

It's hard to believe that it's been almost 6 mos. since we first visited Dukes Meadow. Crazy how time flies. This park was a great find when we stumbled across it the first time, and yesterday's return visit did not disappoint.

It's a big space with lots of fun and interesting structures for the kids to play on. It wasn't too crowded and there weren't any 'big kids' running around causing trouble for the little ones.

And it has the most awesomely tall slide. We even let K go down by himself, although I'm still questioning the merits of this decision since it requires both J & I to assist; one of us at the top to help him climb the stairs, and one of us at the bottom to make sure he doesn't topple off.

Another plus for this park is that it's right next to the Farmer's Market so we were able to grab some lunch before hand. Topped off by a cupcake.
