Christmas Play

C's class put on a Christmas play about a toy maker and all of his toys who entertained baby Jesus.
C was a chuffin train.  Here she is in her classroom:
Before the show, the school hosted a reception for the parents with tea, coffee and homemade mince pies.  The older girls in the school walked around serving the pies which I thought was a nice touch (J's take on it was "cheap labor").  Since J does all the pickups I'm rarely at the school and therefore haven't met any of the other parents.  So I was sort of dreading the reception.  However, I met a few mums who were quite nice and down to earth.

Unfortunately J & K were sick so had to stay home but I managed to take some video.
