More Snow

The snow continued all through the weekend.  This made for a lovely winter wonderland and was a great excuse to stay cooped up inside.

C's school let out early on Friday.  J, C & K were invited over to one of C's classmates houses to play in the snow and drink hot chocolate.  It was a fun afternoon and the kids first introduction to snowball fights.  From that point on, they were obsessed with snowball fights.

Saturday morning we managed to get out of the house for swim lessons.  On the walk home, the kids could not resist throwing snow at one another.
Sunday morning we made banana pancakes (a super easy and yummy recipe that I found at Once Upon a Chef).  After breakfast the kids pleaded to go outside to play in the snow.  Of course, there were more snowball fights.
