Flip

C told me that one of the things she wanted to do when she was 7 was a flip off the high bar.  Well she kept at it (and received some technique help from Anna when we were in NY) and this weekend finally mastered it.  Ta-daaaa.  She was quite excited and proud of herself!

As an aside, I really admire the perseverance C has. When she sets her mind to something, nothing is going to stop her.  She  digs deep to find a way to overcome her fears and seeks help along the way.  Good skills for life!
