Chinese New Year

C made a lantern for Chinese New Year in Brownies.  She enjoyed it so much that she made a couple more and hung them on doors throughout the house.  She also made some for Elvis.

Even more fun was that she learned a Chinese New Year song in school and taught it to K.  Here is a video of them performing it!

Both kids also received CNY cards from classmates as well.  I love to seem them learning about other cultures through their school and activities.
