On Saturday I took the kids out for a walk so that J could finish the taxes. We tried going to Rancho San Antonio park but all the parking spaces were completely full by 10 am. I had told C we were going to see the farm animals so she was very upset that we couldn't stay. So, I drove us to Ardenwood Farm. It turns out that there was a "Farm Chores for Kids" event going on when we arrived so both K & C were able to participate. The kids cleaned up the pens,
made feed from corn and got to feed the sheep, goats and chickens.
C is still a skittish around the animals although it's getting better. At least now she'll stand still as opposed to running in the other direction. K on the other hand has no fears at all.
