On Sunday we met our good friends the Ozols at Muir Woods. For Spring Break this year they decided to come out to California. Glen's brother and sister live in the Bay Area too so it's the perfect location for them to enjoy the sights while spending time with friends and family.
Beth is one of my oldest and dearest friends...in fact, we've been friends since nursery school! When I lived in NYC, I spent almost every weekend of the summer at her house. I was in her wedding (and her mine) and I was there when her first son was born, with ice cream and swedish fish in hand for the new mom.
When Alex was a baby, we used to dress him up in all sorts of fun outfits and take pictures of him all over the backyard. How quickly the years fly by. Now Alex is a teenager and holding my baby!
It was a beautiful day to walk amongst the Redwoods. The kids were definitely impressed by the size of the trees. Click Here for more pictures from our walk.
