C's Birthday Party

For C's birthday this year we chose a "Water Fun" theme since she loves to swim and play with water. We set up different water stations around the backyard - fence 'painting', spray bottles, a blow-up pool and two water tables (thanks R for letting us borrow yours).

We also had a craft station where the kids could make colorful balls out of sponges.

As party favors, everyone received a personalized towel.

This was the first party where we had the food catered and boy was that the way to go. It just made everything so much easier. The greek food was scrumptious! And no party would be complete at the L-J household without a Carvel ice cream cake.

After we finished eating, C asked if she could get wet. I said yes, assuming she meant a little squirt of water. Nope, she dove right into the swimming pool fully dressed.

A couple of the kids were on outfit number three by the time they left, including our own.
