Lucky us...Uncle Brian was in London again for business so he came over for a visit last night. J whipped up an amazing British meal which included beef roast, roasted potatoes, string beans, sweet potatoes & yorkshire pudding. Brian got a kick out of listening to C's emerging accent over dinner "daddy, may I pleeease have more poh-tay-toes and meat..." and was very impressed she was able to keep pace with him on the meat & potatoes consumption front.
The evening was filled with lots of laughter. The kids had a ton of fun playing with their uncle, beating him mercilessly at Memory and getting him to read too many books to them. Here are a few photos from the visit:
