Afternoon Tea

While my Dad was visiting we decided to go for Afternoon Tea, a very proper British thing to do.  I picked the Grovesnor Hotel, for they advertised a kid's tea called 'Grover's Tea Time'.  In retrospect, it was probably not best choice to have a toddler standing around a table full of china.  It was a bit stressful to say the least trying to minimize the disruption to other diners and our own table.

Thankfully we made it through without any breakage.  And the sandwiches, scones and treats were all quite yummy. The kids were given Grover dogs to take home with them
After tea, we decided to take a stroll through Hyde Park.  Although there was a hint of fall, it was a beautiful sunny afternoon. The kids had fun picking up sticks and running through the tall grass.

And I had lots of fun taking pictures of them.  I even managed to get in one myself!
