Kick Anyone?

C has this strange habit of saying "kick mommy, daddy, baby etc.". I'm not sure where it's coming from but just the thought of it makes Josh and I cringe. We are quick to explain that "no no, we only kick balls or when we're in the pool" and that we "hug and kiss mommy, daddy, baby etc." This has been going on for weeks and is a multi-day exchange that we have with her. The good news is that we've yet to catch her actually kicking any of us and the even better news is that she's learned to give really good hugs & kisses. This morning when I left for work I received a wrap-around-my-neck hug complete with an "I love you Mommy". I think Dad was a bit jealous.
