Tuesday we took the kids in for their well-checkups. Just like last year, we were able to get a 2-for-1 at the Doctor with K hitting his 18 mos. milestone and C turning 3. The kids continue to hug the top of the charts (in fact, C managed to go off the chart with her weight).
C - Weight 42 lbs., Height 40 in. Meat lover, check!
K - Weight 30 lbs., Height 34 in.* Lover of all sorts, check!
*we forgot to actually write it down, but I think this is what it was or maybe 35?
K still isn't talking yet but Dr. G isn't worried given how well he can communicate in grunt-speak. C had her first eye-test which didn't go so well. But I guess in 3 yr olds. it's hard to tell if they aren't seeing the shape or if they just don't want to talk at that particular moment. While not an exact year-over-year comparison, it's always fun to see how much the kids have grown one year to the next.

The eye check went awry for us too - no surprise there. I was totally surprised at how small the first slide was! It's nutso if they think they can start there and get the kiddos attention.
