Who would have thought IKEA could be so much fun?

On Saturday we met up with Kristiana and Chiara for an afternoon playdate at IKEA. There was a little play area outside where Kristiana took all three kids for awhile (I'm not sure I would be so brave!) so that J and I could actually do some shopping. Once inside, the girls had a ton of fun running through the aisles. We stopped at a station near the desks where C and Chiara got their faces painted. C chose a tiger (not bad for a freebie job!)

They were both very excited by it all and had a really good time playing together.

Of course, no trip to IKEA would be complete without a meal of meatballs and ligonberries. C finished her plate AND Chiara's plate.

After dinner we made one last stop at the 'park' on the way out. Yes, that's K going down the slide head first.
