Tuileries & Notre Dame

We promised C that we'd go back to the Tuileries (she spied the playground the day before and threw a fit when we didn't stop) so this was our first destination on Day 3. The Jardin des Tuileries is a beautiful garden scattered with sculptures and fountains bordered on one end by the Louvre Museum.
Even more fun then the playground though was the trampoline park! Yes, a trampoline park in the middle of the Tuileries. You pay 2 euros for a 5 min. session.
Both kids had a ton of fun bouncing around.
Here is some video of it:
After the trampolines, we took a few spins on the nearby Carousel.

Our friends had recommended a great place for hot chocolate, Angelina's, located on Rue de Rizzoli which borders the garden. It was a very traditional french tea room and we had quiche lorraine and croque monsieur's for lunch. There was also an amazing selection of goodies.
After lunch the kids quickly fell asleep in their stroller so J and I were off to do more exploring on foot. We walked through the Tuileries to the Louvre.
And then to Notre Dame via Pont Neuf, the oldest seine-crossing bridge in the city.
My favorite view of Notre Dame is the backside where you can see all the flying buttresses.
This is when C woke up and her spidey sense found a park at the far end of the garden behind Notre Dame.
Did I mention that there are a lot of playgrounds and Carousels in Paris?! Most of the restaurants are not set up to accommodate strollers and they don't have highchairs, however the outdoor spaces are definitely kid friendly.

C planning the rest of our adventure in Paris.
And doling out kisses for mommy:
