Quite a few of the grandkids inherited Joan's artistic talent. J's nephew Daniel was working on this drawing to give to his grandmother for her 75th birthday. Look familiar?
Joan was on a plane from the east coast while I was in labor and arrived at the hospital about an hour after C was born. This was their first snuggle.
