Munich

I took a quick trip to Munich this week for work.  I have such fond memories of our Oktoberfest trip that it was nice to be back.

Breakfast in Munich would not be complete without a pretzel.

The lobby of our office building reminded me of a museum

And across the street was a Augustin Keller beer garden.  How convenient is that on a Friday afternoon!

Unfortunately there wasn't much time for sight seeing but from the office you could see Town Hall in the distance (the building with the famous Glockenspiel in Marienplatz) and you can even see the Alps in the far distance behind the buildings (although this picture is so terrible you can barely see a thing!).

When I came home C wanted to know if I saw the parade of horses while I was there and started counting how many months we had to wait until Oktoberfest.  It's nice to know that she too has fond memories!
