Hamantaschen

One of the blogs I follow posted a recipe for Hamantaschen which was the inspiration for this weekend's baking project. I made the dough and then started to form the triangles. Can you guess which one was mine before J shoved me aside?
I'll admit it...he was much better at it than me. It must have been those years of Hebrew school.
There was a lot of seepage on the first batch,
but J perfected his technique so that by the last batch, each of the cookies came out nearly perfect.
We ended up making the cookies with 3 different fillings: strawberry guava (which we picked up in Maui), strawberry rhubarb and raspberry.
Our favorite - strawberry rhubarb!
