Maui Day 5

This was the first morning that we didn’t have a 4am wakeup call. The kids both slept until 6:30 – woo hoo.

Every trip down to the lobby C and I discussed whether or not the fountain doors would be open. This morning they were.
We tried out a new place in Kihei for breakfast – 808 Bistro. After breakfast we hit the pool at the resort and stayed for a couple of hours. The kiddie pool area was hopping and the kids were having a great time. If it was up to them, we would have stayed all day.

With all the swimming, both kids were pretty wiped after lunch and we managed to get them both down for naps simultaneously. We took advantage of the peace and quiet to watch The Social Network through the hotel TV. Just as the credits were rolling we heard peeps from both kids. It felt like such a coup!

After naps we headed back out - C and I hit the beach to play in the sand while J and K went for a walk.

Unfortunately the rain cut our afternoon short so we went out for an early dinner at Coconuts Fish Cafe in Kihei. Possibly the best fish tacos ever!
